Aloeric marked the centenary of the end of World War One with a creative week!
Aloeric Primary School marked the centenary of the end of World War One with a creative week, culminating in a whole school 2 minute silence in the playground. Year 6 read poems and letters they had written, while the rest of the children had made poppies.
Jay Johnson brought in some medals, letters, ration book and other items from his Great Great Great Grandfather, and wrote a letter as his Great Great Great Grandfather writing from the trenches.
